Muay Legacy Kickboxing Set - gray/black

This Muay Kickboxing Set consists of the new Muay Legacy boxing gloves and the matching Legacy Shin guards, with an attractive discount! Perfectly suited for both the beginners that are looking for quality, the more advanced kickboxers and even the competitive kickboxers!

The fit of these Legacy gloves is the same as that of the Muay Premium gloves, thus maintaining the standard high quality that all Muay gloves posses. The big difference lies, apart from its different appearance, in the fabric of the thumb area. This is made of high-quality suede, which allows you to easily wipe the sweat off your forehead during training.
The gloves are made in Thailand, in the traditional way, from top-quality cowhide leather, ensuring that the gloves last a long time. Muay gloves may feel a bit stiff at first, but after a few training sessions, the gloves will conform perfectly to your hands. The padding of these boxing gloves is handmade and consists of at least 3 layers of foam of varying firmness, providing maximum cushioning during strikes.

The Legacy shin guards are made in Thailand. This means that the shins are made in the traditional model and with the high quality you are used to. The shins are made of thick high quality artificial leather and with a firm padding. To make sure that your protection doesn't budge during trainings, there are two wide straps with a little bit of elastic and the velcro closures on the backside, a smaller elastic strap behind the heel and one wide elastic band underneath the instep.

What to look for while fitting

Please note the following when selecting your new shin guards:

  • The shin protector should fit just below the knee. A shin protector that hits the knee is going to irritate.
  • The elastic band under the foot should be quite tight in the beginning as it will stretch the moment you start training and if it fits tight it will not slip.
  • The velcro at the back should point outwards with the part that sticks out, if it sticks out this way it will not irritate you during your training. And there is less chance of kicking the velcro loose yourself.
