Ordered before 16.00, shipped the same day!
All of the products that are in stock and are ordered before 16.00 on Mon-Fri will be sent to you on the same day. On the normal schedule of the DHL the order will be delivered the next day.
Delivery by DHL
The time of delivery is unknown to us here at Aiki-Budo Sport. We have no access to the route planning of DHL. Normally, you will receive an order sometime between 11am and 9pm (except on Saturdays, you will receive the order sometime between 9am and 3pm). You can check when DHL plans to deliver your order here. If it cannot be delivered during the first delivery attempt, the package will be brought to one of your neighbors. As a standard procedure, the DHL delivery man puts a card in your mailbox. If the neighbors aren’t home either, you can use the barcode on the card on dhlparcel.nl to choose where and when the package will be delivered. The choice then consists of a Saturday or evening delivery or you can collect your package at a DHL Parcel station. If the package has been delivered to your neighbors, you can pick up the package at the neighbors. There are no extra charges made. After three delivery attempts, the package is automatically send back to us.
Shipping costs & extra charges
As a standard, Aiki-Budo Sport charges €6,95 for shipments within The Netherlands. Free shipping for orders from € 75,- for private customers. Other rates apply to shipments outside the Netherlands, see the table below. Is your county not listed? Please contact us for the possibilities.
Are you registered as a B2B customer? Orders from €150,- excluding VAT will be shipped free of charge in Holland. For orders under €150,- we charge €7,50 shipping costs.
Specific rates apply to punching bags, judo mats and similar heavy of larges items. Most specific shipping costs are listed in the product description and are automatically charges in the shopping cart. Please note: different rates apply to B2B customers but those are not calculated right in the check out. As a gym owner, please contact us before placing the order.
Exchange warranty
You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of purchase. The item must be new, unused, and returned in its original packaging with the original labels and manufacturer information such as booklets, etc., in the original shipping box. We ask that you include the invoice plus the return form, filled out as completely as possible (you can download the Dutch return form here), together with the products. Based on the return form, we can process your return. The more complete the information, the faster we can process it. Shipping is always at the sender's risk; damaged returns cannot be processed by us. We aim to process your return within 5 working days.
How can I return my product?
You can return your shipment to us via a carrier of your choice. Returning a product is at your own expense unless we sent you the wrong item. In that case, it’s helpful to contact us in advance so we can provide you with a return label.
Exchanging an item
If you want to exchange a product for a different size, that’s also possible of course. We will send one exchange size for free within the Netherlands. You can indicate on the return form that you want to exchange the item and specify the size you want to exchange it for. After we've received your return, we will review and process it as quickly as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email. Once the exchange has been processed, you will also receive an email with a new track and trace to follow the shipment. You also have the option to order the new size yourself via the webshop and return the original order for a refund.
Getting a refund
When you return (part of ) an order to us for a credit, we will refund the money. We will assess the return upon receipt and process it as quickly as possible. The method of refund depends on how the item was paid. The amount for the returned items will be refunded to the account used for payment via our payment partner; it may take up to 5 working days before it becomes visible in your account. If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the shipping costs (this only applies to orders from the Netherlands and does not include shipping surcharges or B2B orders). If you return products from a bundle or set, the items you keep will be charged at the regular full rate, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This is to prevent abuse of set discounts.
Once we have processed the return internally, you will also receive a confirmation email.
