Muay Kickboxing Set Amsterdam - Black/Red
This Muay Kickboxing Set Amsterdam consists of the famous Muay Amsterdam Boxing gloves, the Muay Amsterdam Short and the matching Amsterdam Shin guards, with an attractive discount! Perfectly suited for both the beginners that are looking for quality, the more advanced kickboxers and even the competitive kickboxers!
The Gloves are made in Thailand. This means that the gloves are made in the traditional model and with the quality that is to be expected. The gloves are made of top quality real bovine leather and with a padding that consists of three different layers, each with a different density. This ensures a very good shock absorption and a better protection for the hand.
The Short is of course made in Thailand as well. True to the traditional model, this short has a wide fit. Made of a soft microfibre material that doesn't cling to you when training. Finished with the 3 Andreascrosses embroidered on both sides.
The Shin guards are also made in Thailand. This means that the shins are made in the traditional model and with the high quality you are used to. The shins are made of thick high quality artificial leather and with a firm padding. To make sure that your protection doesn't budge during trainings, there are two wide straps with a little bit of elastic and the velcro closures on the backside, a smaller elastic strap behind the heel and one wide elastic band underneath the instep. Keep in mind that these shin guards do not feature a removable/adjustable foot part.

To help you choose the correct size, we have assembled the guide as seen below. Please keep in mind that this is a guide and not a garantuee to a perfect fit. To choose the best size, please measure from below the moving part of the knee to the top of the foot. Keep in mind that the top part of this shin guard is a bit taller, and try to keep a centimeter or 2 open to make sure the shin guard will not be too big. If you are unsure of your size or need some advise, don't hesitate to reach out to us, we're happy to help you!

What to look for while fitting
Please note the following when selecting your new shin guards:
- The shin protector should fit just below the knee. A shin protector that hits the knee is going to irritate.
- The elastic band under the foot should be quite tight in the beginning as it will stretch the moment you start training and if it fits tight it will not slip.
- The velcro at the back should point outwards with the part that sticks out, if it sticks out this way it will not irritate you during your training. And there is less chance of kicking the velcro loose yourself.
