The Twins BGVL4 Boxing Gloves are made in Thailand and of the typically high Thai quality. The gloves are made of genuine cowhide leather, to ensure that they can match your sparring intensity. The padding of the gloves is made of multiple layers, but still relatively soft, to better protect your sparring partner and also to make sure that you stay comfortable during training. 
The glove is shaped in an almost closed fist position, with a little bit of extra padding in the inside of the fist so you can comfortably hold the fist closed. There is also some added padding to the side of the palm, to catch the blows when practicing techniques in your partners gloves. And there is also some ventilation on the palm.
With the elongated velcro closure, you can also give some added support to your wrists.
