Tunturi Plyo Box soft eva

By training with a plyo box you work on your fitness, strength and explosiveness in a fun and challenging way. The exercises with the Plyo-Box are many, for example: Squat jumps, Power skips, Lateral jumps or elevated push-ups.
The Tunturi Plyo-box soft is made of wood with a soft EVA foam layer on the outside. Here you will not suffer from bruises or scratches if you accidentally land on the edges or fences.
Each side has a different length and therefore the box can be adjusted to 3 different heights.
