1. Add the liquid to the powder and stir well
2. Add the pasta using the little spoon
3. Let it rest for about 2 minutes
4. When the pasta leaves a fingerprint after you have lightly pressed a finger on it, you can continue
5. Place the guard in your mouth (upper jaw) and softly bite on the guard
6. Press your lip gently with your fingers to ensure a secure fit on the outside
7. Keep the guard for about 5 minutes into the moutn to allow to pasta to harden 
8. Rinse the now excellent fitting mouth guard with cold water and remove the surplus of pasta with a knife
