The Ronin Water-Air punching bag looks like a normal punching bag at first sight. But the difference is on the inside and you feel the difference when you bump into it.
This unique punching bag is filled with air and water.

Please note: the Water-Air punching bag is not suitable for very intensive use (in a gym)

What does the Water-Air punch bag consist of.

The Water-Air punching bag actually consists of 3 different components. The outside is made of strong bisonyl which has been used for many years for making punching bags and has a long lifespan.
On the inside we find a water compartment at the edge and the middle part consists of an air compartment. Because the punching bag only needs to be filled on location, it is packed in a handy box and is therefore easy to carry and ship.
The Ronin water-Air punching bag comes complete with chain, pivot point, carabiner and air pump. The only thing you have to take care of yourself is a hook in the ceiling and the water.

The water in the punching bag ensures an even distribution so that the punching bag is equally hard everywhere. The water also provides the weight of the punching bag so that it remains stable during training.
Another important aspect of a water-filled punching bag is that there is less chance of injuries to joints because the water absorbs the punches and kicks better.
Inflating with air gives the punching bag a harder surface. The harder you inflate the punching bag, the harder the punching surface of the punching bag is. Less air automatically means a softer punching bag. This way you can decide for yourself how hard or soft you want your punching bag.

The Ronin Water-Air punching bag is currently available in 2 sizes.
* 100cm long and a diameter of 35cm. Filled, this punching bag weighs ? 30 kg and is suitable for youth and adult boxers who want to punch.
* 150cm long and a diameter of 35cm. Filled, this punching bag weighs ? 50kg and is suitable for youth and adult kickboxers who want to punch and kick

Warranty

We give a 1 year warranty on production errors. Make sure you always use the punching bag with boxing gloves and shin guards. You need to prevent hitting the punching bag with hard or sharp objects such as rings, shoes and/or wooden or metal objects.
