Ronin Coaching Mitts are perfect to exercise one-on-one technique training. They are big enough to absorp various types of punches, hooks as well as some knee and kick techniques.
Make sure to focus well and to help you a bit, we have put a contrasting white dot in the centre of each mitt.

The padding consists of an one layer foam. The mitts are not only suitable for match preparation, but also for training at home with a mate.
