Phantom Athletics Training Mask

The Phantom Training Mask is designed to train your breathing muscles. By limiting the air supply you focus more on breathing which will increase your performance when you train without the mask. The PRS (Phantom Regulator System) allows you to switch resistance levels easily without taking the mask off. This mask offers four different levels of resistance, ranging from 'beginner' to 'extreme', what gives you the opporunity to push to the limit. 

The mask is easy to (dis)assemble, clean and wash, and it is made with an ultra lightweight, anatomically designed sleeve that will not slip during training.
