Instant Coldpack

When pinched, the Mueller Instant Coldpack is ice cold within seconds. No fridge or freezer needed, the Instant Coldpack is immediately cold at hand. Very handy to have available in the sports bag. The cold pack cannot be applied directly to the skin by an injury or swelling, always use a piece of cloth for this. 

The dimensions of the Instant coldpack is 15x23cm and it weighs approx. 0,3 kg.

How to use

• Break it: crack the contents of the instant cold pack
• Mix it: firmly shake the cold pack for 30 seconds
• Wrap it: wrap the cold pack into a cloth
• Apply it: hold the cold pack against the area to be treated
• Time it: 15 minutes against and 15 minutes off the to be treated area
