Century BOB Training and Boxing Dummy

The Century BOB was the first ever mannequin designed for martial arts training. BOB stands for Boxing Opponent Body. The BOB XL has a detailed upper body including a plexus, collarbone, larynx, etc. Therfore trainings are even more realistic.

The ideal sparring partner that is ready for training without using tools of any kind. The seperately delivered foot can be filled with water or sand to a maximum of 125 kg! A real heavyweight!

Due to the realistic human form of the BOB, this mannequin is ideal for precision training. This boxing dummy not only improves the quality of your training, but it also makes your training fun! Perfectly suitable for at home practises because it produces so little noise. Besides that, BOB is easy to roll, so easy to move! 

Century BOB is adjustable in height, so suitable for all lengths. This boxing doll is made for full training and is also suitable for weapon training. Do you want to train on a even bigger mannequin? Check out the BOB XL, who also features a part of the lower body. Because of this, you can also train kicks/knees to the groin!
