Punching Bag Metal Spring

During a training a punching bag can start to move and bounce up and down. To ensure that shocks are well absorbed and not damaging the ceiling, a suspension spring can be placed between the punching bag chain and the ceiling plate or swing hook.

Attaching the spring

The iron spring has two open ends that are easy to hang on the carabiners hook or the ceiling mount. 

How does it work?

The spring is made from 6mm thick iron and therefore quite strong. When there is a lot of movement on the punching bag, the worst pressure and movement is absorbed by the spring. This means that both the ceiling and the attachment to the ceiling are less stressed.
