These Coaching Mitts from MUAY are slightly curved shock absorbers. Because of the universal grip they can be worn on both the right and left hand. The extra padding at the wrist will give better support to the forearm while absorbing the punches. Due to the slight curve in the coaching mitt they are not only pleasant to punch against, but they are also comfortable to wear and to catch punches with. You can hold on to the coaching mitt by a handle on the back. It also had one velcro closures for extra support.
