Tunturi Bulgarian Bag 5kg

The Bulgarian Bag is made of sturdy PU and filled with textile and sand. They are traditionally designed for helping wrestlers to develop and train explosive movements. The Bulgarian bag has 3 handles on the top and 2 handles with 2 loops on the bottom. The multiple handles give the ability to squat, throw and make swinging movements and to carry out even more exercises for core training. Ideal for in the gym, at home and/or outdoors. 

Available in 4 weights: 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg.  The variants are different in color, making the bags easy to distinguish from each other!
